개인정보처리방침

1. 개요

이 방침은 Biencity(이하 “운영자”)가 운영하는 웹사이트 biencity.com과 운영자 개인 업무 자동화에서 개인정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다. 운영자는 관련 법령과 Google API Services User Data Policy를 고려하여 이 방침을 정합니다.

2. 운영자 개인 업무 자동화 — 운영자가 업무 자동화 도구(n8n)에서 운영자 본인의 Google 계정을 연결해 Google Drive와 Google Sheets를 사용하는 처리

업무 자동화는 운영자 본인만 사용합니다. 일반 이용자가 Google 계정으로 로그인하거나 가입하는 서비스가 아닙니다. 별도의 개인정보처리방침이 있는 Biencity의 다른 서비스에는 각 서비스의 방침이 적용됩니다.

4. 웹사이트에서 처리하는 정보

• 이 웹사이트는 정보 안내용 정적 페이지로 구성되며, 회원가입이나 입력 양식을 제공하지 않습니다.
• 쿠키를 설정하지 않으며, 방문자 분석·추적 도구, 외부 스크립트, 외부 글꼴을 사용하지 않습니다.
• 웹서버는 방문자별 접근 기록(access log)을 남기지 않도록 설정되어 있습니다. 다만 요청을 처리하는 중 오류가 발생하면 서버 오류 기록에 접속 IP 주소와 요청 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 오류 기록은 용량 기준(최대 30MB)으로 보관하며, 초과분은 오래된 것부터 자동 삭제됩니다.
• 이메일로 문의하면 보낸 사람의 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 답변을 위해 처리합니다. 문의 메일은 Google의 Gmail로 수신합니다.

5. 업무 자동화의 데이터 처리

5.1 처리 흐름

1. 운영자가 Telegram 봇에 메모나 파일(사진, 동영상, 문서)을 보냅니다.
2. Telegram이 메시지를 운영자의 서버(업무 자동화 도구)로 전달하고, 첨부 파일은 Telegram에서 서버로 내려받습니다.
3. 서버는 파일을 운영자의 Google Drive 지정 폴더에 업로드합니다.
4. 서버는 메모 내용과 처리 결과(제목, 내용, 첨부 정보, 저장 위치, 처리 상태 등)를 운영자의 Google Sheets 지정 스프레드시트에 행으로 추가하거나 수정합니다.
5. 서버는 처리 결과를 Telegram 봇 메시지로 운영자에게 알립니다.

봇은 운영자 본인이 보낸 메시지만 처리하도록 발신자를 제한합니다. 다른 사람이 보낸 메시지는 Google Drive·Sheets 처리 전에 중단됩니다.

5.2 처리하는 정보

• 운영자가 보낸 메모 텍스트와 첨부 파일
• Telegram 메시지 정보: 운영자의 Telegram 사용자·채팅 식별자, 메시지 식별자, 보낸 시각
• Google API 처리 결과: 업로드한 파일의 식별자와 링크, 스프레드시트 행 번호

운영자가 기록하는 메모나 파일에 다른 사람에 관한 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 운영자의 업무 기록 목적으로만 보관하며, 다른 목적으로 이용하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

6. Google 권한: 등록 범위와 실제 사용

업무 자동화 도구의 Google 연결에는 아래 권한(scope)이 등록되어 있습니다. 등록된 권한은 도구가 정한 기본 범위이며, 실제로 사용하는 작업은 그보다 좁습니다. 사용하지 않는 권한으로 다른 파일이나 데이터를 조회·수정·삭제하지 않습니다.

권한 이름 앞의 https://www.googleapis.com/auth/는 생략했습니다. 이름, 이메일 주소, 프로필 사진 등 Google 계정 프로필 정보는 요청하거나 수집하지 않습니다. Google 계정 비밀번호는 전달받거나 저장하지 않습니다.

7. Google API 데이터 사용 고지

Google API를 통해 받은 정보의 이용과 다른 앱으로의 이전은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 포함한 Google API Services User Data Policy를 따릅니다.

• 운영자 본인의 업무 기록(위 5절의 처리)을 위해서만 사용합니다.
• 처리 결과를 운영자에게 알리는 Telegram 메시지 외에는 다른 앱이나 서비스로 전송하지 않습니다.
• 광고에 사용하지 않으며, 판매하거나 데이터 브로커·정보 재판매자에게 이전하지 않습니다.
• 신용도 판단이나 대출 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
• 인공지능·머신러닝 모델의 개발·개선·학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
• 데이터는 운영자 본인의 것이며, 운영자 외의 사람이 열람하지 않습니다. 보안 사고 조사나 법령 준수에 필요한 경우는 예외로 합니다.

8. 인증 정보(토큰)의 보호

• Google 연결의 액세스 토큰과 갱신 토큰(refresh token)은 업무 자동화 도구의 데이터베이스에 암호화하여 저장합니다.
• 암호화 키와 데이터베이스 접속 정보는 접근 권한이 제한된 서버 설정 파일에 보관하며, 소스 코드 저장소나 공개 페이지에 기록하지 않습니다.
• 서버 백업에는 암호화된 토큰과 암호화 키가 포함되므로, 백업 파일은 운영자만 접근할 수 있는 위치에 보관합니다.
• Google 계정의 타사 앱 및 서비스 설정에서 연결을 해제하면 저장된 토큰은 더 이상 사용할 수 없습니다.

9. 보관 기간과 삭제

보관 기간이 지나거나 처리 목적이 달성된 정보는 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 다만 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 정보는 그 기간 동안 보관합니다.

10. 외부 사업자와 국외 이전

운영자는 다음 외부 사업자의 서비스를 이용합니다. 운영자는 개인정보를 판매하거나 다른 사람에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

서버와 위 서비스로의 전송은 인터넷을 통해 암호화된 연결로 이루어집니다.

11. 정보주체의 권리

누구든지 운영자가 처리하는 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 운영자의 메모나 파일에 자신의 정보가 포함되어 있다고 생각하는 경우도 같습니다. 요청은 biencity@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요.

요청을 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 답변합니다.

12. 안전성 확보 조치

• 웹사이트와 업무 자동화 도구는 HTTPS로 암호화된 연결만 사용합니다.
• 서버는 암호 로그인을 허용하지 않고 SSH 키로만 접속하며, 관리자(root) 직접 로그인을 막아 두었습니다.
• 데이터베이스는 외부에서 접속할 수 없는 내부 네트워크에만 연결되어 있습니다.
• OAuth 토큰은 암호화하여 저장하고, 비밀 설정 파일은 운영자만 읽을 수 있게 제한합니다.

13. 아동의 개인정보

이 웹사이트와 업무 자동화는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

14. 방침의 변경

이 방침을 변경하면 시행일과 변경 내용을 이 페이지에 게시합니다.

• Scope. This policy covers the website biencity.com and the operator’s personal work automation, in which the operator connects the operator’s own Google account to an automation tool (n8n). It is not a Google sign-in service for the public. Other Biencity services with their own privacy policy are governed by those policies.
• Website. Static pages only. No cookies, analytics, tracking, external scripts or external fonts. No access logs are kept; server error logs may contain the client IP address.
• What the automation does. The operator sends notes and files to a Telegram bot. The server uploads the files to a designated folder in the operator’s Google Drive, adds or updates rows in a designated Google Sheets spreadsheet, and reports the result back to the operator on Telegram. The bot only processes messages from the operator; messages from anyone else are stopped before any Google Drive or Sheets processing.
• Google scopes. Registered: Drive (drive, drive.appdata, drive.photos.readonly), Sheets (spreadsheets, drive.file, drive.metadata), Contacts (contacts, registered but not used). Actually used: uploading files to one folder and adding or updating rows in one spreadsheet. Profile information is not requested or collected.
• Limited Use. Biencity Services’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising, is not sold, is not used to train AI or ML models, and is not read by anyone other than the operator, except where needed for security investigations or legal compliance.
• Tokens. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted in the automation tool’s database. The encryption key is kept in an access-restricted server configuration and never in source code. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.
• Retention. Automation run records, including messages, attachments and Google API responses, are deleted automatically after 14 days. Files in Google Drive and rows in Google Sheets stay in the operator’s Google account and are managed by the operator.
• Service providers. Contabo GmbH (server hosting, Germany), Google LLC (Drive, Sheets, OAuth, Gmail), Telegram (input and notifications). Personal information is not sold or provided to others.
• Your rights. Anyone may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information by emailing biencity@gmail.com.
